UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL

Hi, I’m SHARON WILLIAMS

“I love sitting down with a new coaching client to get crystal clear on what they really want in life and ensure they give themselves permission to achieve it. Then we just go and make it happen!”

Achieving your dream role, making the impact you've always envisioned, and getting recognised can be tough. Whether you're in a leadership role and want to move up, or you're an executive or CEO who wants to expand your influence and create a bigger impact - I’m here to help.

SHAron’S Approach

With 15 years running her own practice as an Executive Coach and working with clients such as Ernst & Young, American Express, Commonwealth Bank, ASIC, Australian Federal Police, BHP, Rio Tinto, Coca-Cola, and Woolworths, Sharon Williams understands what results look like for leaders.

Her belief is that working at the highest level – with the CEO or C-Suite - positively impacts thousands of people and is what drives her work in leadership coaching. Sharon holds a long track record of getting exceptional results for her coaching clients.

THE METHOD

Her method seamlessly integrates the psychology of great leaders and the unconscious patterns of thoughts and behaviours that hold us back, with a sharp focus on action and results.

This - along with her deep expertise and broad industry experience, her qualifications in Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and her innate perceptiveness - has earned her the trust of top executives Australia-wide.

THE GOAL

Sharon has a remarkable ability to uncover insights into the leader’s mindset and behaviours and how these may require a shift to reach their BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals). Her clients call her astute, challenging, motivating, warm and vibrant.

She balances a highly professional approach with an empathetic, energetic, positive personality. She will hold your hand...while kicking your butt!

Sharon also has an adventurous side... she has travelled to 55 countries, has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and is learning to fly a Cessna 152!

Motivated AND motivating, she challenges her clients to think big – because she knows that leaders have to take calculated risks to get results.
